Ariana Riegel
Ariana Riegel, (she/her), LLMSW, is a therapist and childbirth educator who has been working with individuals as they navigate shifting identities and life transitions for over a decade. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University in 2021. At Eastern, she focused her studies on Infant Mental Health and working with children and families. She has expertise working with individuals as they navigate fertility struggles, loss, pregnancy, birth, and finding a “new normal” postpartum. Ariana’s knowledge and experience include gender, sexuality, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and complicated relationships to food and bodies. She is committed to fostering an inclusive, anti-racist environment in therapy, where all identities are respected and valued.

Ariana integrates attachment theory, ecosystems theory, and feminist theory to support individuals in their healing journey. By exploring the influence of early relationships, social systems, and gender dynamics, she provides an intersectional approach to therapy. Her work emphasizes the importance of connection, environmental context, and self-empowerment, helping clients navigate their challenges with resilience and a deep sense of agency.
